Overview
“I”, “me”, and “my” refers to Danguole Litvinskaite, executive leadership coach based in Switzerland. “You” and “your” refers to clients and users of my services. “Services” means executive coaching, consultations, and any other products or resources I provide.
Use of Services
To engage my services, you must be at least 18 years old. I reserve the right to update or modify information on this site without prior notice. I do not guarantee that all content is error-free and accept no liability for inaccuracies.
Coaching Services
My coaching services are delivered on a one-to-one basis as described on my website and in individual coaching agreements. Full details of what each engagement covers, its duration, and its investment are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Cancellations and Refunds
Individual coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refunded or rescheduled. Coaching programmes are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Each coaching engagement has its own terms confirmed at point of agreement.
Results and Liability
I deliver my services with professional care and diligence. However, I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your commitment, circumstances, and the work you put in. I am not liable for any financial, professional, or personal decisions made as a result of our work together. Any liability in connection with my services is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
All materials I share — frameworks, documents, resources, and written content — remain my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without my written permission. The Integration Method™ is my proprietary methodology and may not be replicated or taught to others.
Confidentiality
I treat all information shared in our coaching work as confidential, with the exception of situations where I am legally required to disclose information or where there is risk to your safety or that of others.
Force Majeure
I am not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including illness, natural events, or technical failures. In such cases I will notify you promptly and work to find an appropriate solution.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
Amendments
